PRE-CONSTRUCTION

BKT Construction understands the need for an accurate, early estimate. We begin the estimating process at the beginning of the project but with an eye towards the finish, utilizing historic data and real time information from the market to achieve a realistic budget. Our responsibility is to give the client the best information so that they can make the critical budgetary decisions. Maintaining cost projections throughout the project keeps the team informed about where they are financially.

ESTIMATING

Whether competitively bid or a negotiated project, BKT Construction has the right people to bid your job. We are unique in that we have great working relationships with many of the elite subcontractor and specialty contractors in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. We have the overhead and cost of a smaller company but the subcontractor relationships of a larger one.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Personal onsite management is the best attribute BKT Construction provides. The owners of the company personally oversee every project that BKT Construction builds. The owners will staff each project with the appropriate personnel depending on the complexity of the project. Our belief is that you only have one chance to truly do the job right so you must be efficient with all of your resources, personnel, money, materials and time.

SCHEDULING

BKT Construction develops and continuously maintains the project schedule. Project variables may change but often the completion date cannot. BKT Construction personnel are in constant contact with suppliers and vendors to manipulate the delivery of supplies and man power to achieve the scheduled completion date.
